Lead product design discovery and delivery for complex advertising technology workflows. Responsibilities include customer research, opportunity identification, ideation, prototyping, high-fidelity design, validation, engineering collaboration, design system development, AI-native experiences, and mentoring designers. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Research, leadership, and customers while working hybrid from Smartly’s Mexico City office.

As a Creative Specialist, support designers by delivering training, integrating Smartly's tools with industry-standard software, and driving product adoption through strategic customer interactions.

Create polished, on-brand presentations and production-ready assets for executives, sales, internal and conference audiences. Partner with stakeholders to translate complex information into clear slides, manage asset resizing/versioning, apply brand guidelines, handle confidential materials, and support production workflows across channels while coordinating with US and Manila teams.
