Support accounts payable by processing and coding invoices and payments (checks, ACH, electronic transfers), matching POs and receiving documents, reconciling vendor accounts, investigating disputes, analyzing AP metrics (DPO, trends), driving process improvements, supporting month-end/quarter/annual closes, backing up Concur expense processing, and assisting auditors.

Manage Mechanical/Electrical BIM content: create and maintain Revit families, templates, parameters, and documentation; enforce naming and data standards; implement version control and workflows; train and support design teams; troubleshoot BIM issues and maintain a searchable content catalog.

Support engineering by creating and detailing drawings, maintaining PDM and BOMs, building assemblies, preparing spreadsheets, executing test orders, managing product labeling, and assisting NPI and ECN/ECR processes. Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate manufacturing documentation and testing of new products. Excel proficiency required; AutoCAD/SolidWorks familiarity preferred.

Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and community channels; track shipments, handle returns, and resolve order issues by coordinating with fulfillment partners; learn product SKUs and fulfillment flows; improve support workflows, documentation, and FAQs; participate in initial hands-on warehouse training.

Sell B2B custom glass products to U.S. clients using inbound leads, primarily via calls; collaborate with Estimating to prepare and present estimates; negotiate pricing and terms; maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records; handle objections and close deals; learn technical product details and provide timely, professional communication throughout the sales process.
