Support and enhance the Deltek ERP and project financial data: resolve user issues, manage support tickets, validate and correct data using SQL, build dashboards and reports, automate recurring reporting, and partner with accounting, project managers, IT, and vendors to improve processes, documentation, training, and system configurations.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will collaborate with engineering firms, building AI tools, owning the development process from problem discovery to deployment, and shaping company culture and product strategy.

Deliver BIM/VDC coordination, reality capture, and model-based workflows across project phases. Lead clash detection, federate models, perform QA/QC, produce 4D phasing and simulations, run scan-to-BIM and drone/laser-scan workflows, and train/mentor teams to integrate VDC into construction operations.

Design and produce manufacturable custom products using SolidWorks. Create production drawings, assemblies, and BOMs; apply DFM, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Design, Estimating, Operations, and Production to meet quality and timeline goals.

Perform AP/AR data entry and reconciliation, maintain Excel spreadsheets, support month-end tasks (corporate card and vendor statement reconciliations), file and organize vendor/customer records, communicate with clients/vendors, and execute accounting/admin projects for multiple locations.

Serve as the onsite mechanical expert for campus data center systems, leading maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, QA/QC, training, vendor management, and project oversight to ensure continuous operation and compliance with best practices.

Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans, balance inventory to avoid stockouts and excess, align production with demand, lead sourcing and supplier negotiations, perform cost and commodity analyses, manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide part-time technical support for hardware, software, networks, and user accounts; install and maintain equipment; perform updates, backups, and monitoring; document systems and ensure IT security and policy compliance; assist with ecommerce platform and website support.

Manage assigned client accounts in landscaping, build relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions, conduct meetings and market research, create proposals, and maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
