Engagements are independent contractor assignments matched to institutional needs and candidate availability.

Supports engineers, designers, and construction inspectors with land and site planning assignments. Assists in preparing improvement plans, specifications, permit applications, and supporting documents for residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and public works projects. Reviews and revises engineering drawings, conducts code research, and coordinates with other disciplines. Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is helpful.

Lead the Legal & Compliance function, advise executives, manage legal risks, oversee franchise regulatory compliance and multi-state FDD filings, and handle corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment matters, and regulatory obligations. Supervise legal professionals, coordinate external counsel, provide training, and implement AI-enabled legal technology and workflow improvements. The role is remote or hybrid with approximately 10% travel.

Plans and produces digital marketing content, including email campaigns, website content, and paid and organic social media. Reviews web content for accuracy, performance, and audience relevance; maintains editorial quality and brand voice; researches digital marketing trends; and reports on campaign performance. The role also coordinates content from across the college, supervises student employees, and supports inclusive institutional communications.
