Lead and manage full commercial land development lifecycle for multiple projects and programs, serving as primary client contact. Oversee site feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, civil design coordination, budgets, schedules, consultant teams, and jurisdictional approvals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

Design and prepare site development plans including grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and construction documents using Civil 3D. Support permitting, attend municipal meetings, coordinate with subconsultants, mentor junior staff, assist with scheduling, and manage client communications to ensure quality and project delivery.

Manage firm marketing for the Downtown Los Angeles studio, lead RFP/RFQ responses and award/conference submissions, produce marketing collateral and interview decks, support firmwide CRM and social media, coordinate media and outreach, and develop relationships with consultants and partners.

Supports creative projects by producing high-quality visual assets across media, executing designs from concept to completion, assisting production and ad resizing, managing vendors, and ensuring work meets objectives, budgets, and deadlines under Creative Director supervision.

Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking seasonal marketing initiatives. Maintain production calendars, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage catalog and advertising workflows, handle press loans, attend photoshoots, and provide administrative support to ensure timely, on-brand delivery of marketing assets.

Lead hotel sales and marketing for assigned markets: develop and execute sales strategies, grow corporate and travel-account relationships, analyze sales data, prepare budgets and reports, plan regional sales trips, and meet revenue and room-night goals.

Support global Learning & Organizational Development programs by administering webinars, mentor matching, AIA accreditation, and Workday LMS content. Provide logistical coordination, data management and analysis, program communications, vendor coordination, and participant support for coaching and onboarding initiatives.

Support Project Manager with administrative project tasks including schedule updates, budget/draw management, purchase orders, subcontract setup, change orders, submittals/RFIs, project closeout, and estimating. Regularly use Viewpoint, P6, BIM, and Procore and coordinate with accounting, superintendents, subcontractors, and architects to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality project delivery.
