Manage end-to-end onboarding of new 401(k) plans: draft and verify plan documents, coordinate payroll integrations, track cases and SLAs in Salesforce, serve as primary contact for sponsors/advisors, ensure ERISA/IRS compliance, troubleshoot payroll issues, and coordinate cross-functional handoffs and escalations to the New Plan Team Lead.

Configure and maintain marketing technology platforms and tracking across customer touchpoints. Implement, validate, and troubleshoot event schemas, tags, pixels, APIs, webhooks, and integrations. Build audiences, workflows, personalization, and QA plans; translate business needs into technical requirements and documentation. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, attribution, lead routing, and responsible data handling.

Perform part-time quality audits and evaluations of task outputs, define and refine quality benchmarks and scoring rubrics, analyze audit results to produce actionable insights and reports, and recommend process improvements to raise output quality.

Analyze social and digital campaign performance and social listening data to produce dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with account, content, and strategy teams to inform campaign planning, ensure reporting accuracy, and research emerging social trends to improve client outcomes.

Join the Consumer Technology team to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and test tools. Perform routine automation, white-box testing, code reviews, monitor automated processes, estimate tasks, communicate with product owners and users, and recommend improvements. Assist in training others and follow departmental methodologies.

Serve as a technical partner to district clients and internal teams, provide onboarding and tech support, run AI prompt QA and experiments, and build dashboards and analyses to surface CX and product-quality insights. Collaborate across Product, Content, and Success teams and standardize processes and templates for repeatable AI and support workflows.

Serve as first-line support for Relocity's web and mobile platform: manage Intercom tickets, troubleshoot and reproduce issues, escalate to Product/Engineering, maintain documentation, identify trends, and support product adoption while contributing to knowledge base and process improvements.
