Conducts qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizes findings into executive-ready insights, and develops reports and thought leadership. Partners with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience teams to influence product priorities, services, and innovation initiatives.

Leads advanced analytics for Airbnb’s Community Blueprint Quality team. Responsibilities include diagnosing customer experience issues, designing experiments, applying causal inference, developing metrics, using LLMs to analyze unstructured data, building dashboards and analytical artifacts, and translating complex findings into recommendations for senior leadership. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

Design and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines, ELT/ETL workflows, data models, and automation systems supporting cloud cost visibility and optimization. Use Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, AWS services, and Snowflake to process large-scale telemetry and usage data. Optimize performance, reliability, and cost while ensuring data quality, validation, auditability, and production troubleshooting. The intern generates actionable insights for strategy and management decisions while contributing to communications and operational improvements across microfinance institutions.

Leads regional data analytics delivery for Global Business Services, including advanced analysis, reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, data governance, and executive decision support. Provides indirect leadership to analysts, establishes analytical standards, supports procurement and sourcing initiatives, evaluates supplier proposals, drives automation and continuous improvement, manages third-party analytics platforms, and develops training to improve adoption and analytics maturity.

Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines and data movement between on‑premises systems and cloud platforms (Microsoft Fabric).
