Lead scaling of Arbital's AWS/Databricks lakehouse and Spark pipelines, implement actuarial healthcare calculations, own Airflow orchestration and CI/CD, ensure data quality and HIPAA-compliant PHI handling, partner with data scientists to deploy ML models, and set platform architecture and engineering standards.

Redevelop and integrate multiple database systems to interface with the state ERP, cloud-hosted enterprise asset management, and internal applications. Develop queries, stored procedures, and functions; design reliable databases, create documentation and diagrams, ensure performance and agency requirements, and help establish a data warehouse foundation. Position is onsite.

Build, optimize, and maintain SQL‑centric data pipelines and relational models for ERP/finance systems. Automate transformations with Airflow and Python, deploy analytics across Linux environments, create Power BI datasets/dashboards, partner with business owners to define metrics, document flows, and troubleshoot data and performance issues.
