Owns the R&D digital strategy, roadmap, and delivery of $30M+ programs across discovery through regulatory submission. Builds high-performing teams, establishes compliant data ecosystems, integrates ELN/LIMS workflows, manages vendors and operating models, and drives measurable improvements in data quality, reuse, scientific productivity, and portfolio decisions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, enterprise data platforms, data models, and integrations. Ensure data quality, governance, security, performance, and reliability while supporting analytics, reporting, and business intelligence. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions, modernize platforms, automate processes, and evaluate emerging technologies.

Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations, while building Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Leads enterprise clinical terminology, ontology strategy, semantic normalization, reference data, value sets, and clinical concept governance. Owns terminology services, mapping workflows, data quality rules, ontology documentation, and lifecycle management. Partners with engineering, product, clinical, and analytics teams to improve healthcare data fidelity and support real-world data products, pipeline modernization, and knowledge graph initiatives.

Research, digitize, process, and maintain utility-related spatial datasets and geodatabases. Use ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, SQL, and ETL workflows to improve data accuracy, perform QA/QC, interpret maps and drawings, and support internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with research coordinators and project managers while independently managing detailed GIS work in a hybrid environment.

Develops BI models, dashboards, reports, predictive analyses, and visualizations for Navy leadership assessment programs. Analyzes large datasets, identifies trends, supports executive decision-making, maintains data systems, prepares quarterly performance reports, and coordinates with stakeholders. The role also supervises an administrative assistant and may moderate milestone interviews.

Support business technology by developing Power BI dashboards, low-code Power Apps/Power Automate solutions, validating and analyzing data with SQL, improving data governance, participating in SDLC, providing user support and training, and automating business processes to increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Builds dashboards, workforce models, retention insights, and containment strategies while partnering with CX, IT, Product, Claims, and AI teams. Drives contact center efficiency, customer retention, and service improvements, and helps establish a scalable Innovation & Analytics function.

Lead the development, refinement, validation, and communication of commercial real estate econometric forecasting models. Monitor forecast accuracy, conduct quantitative research, develop new models, improve data and methodologies, document processes, create dashboard inputs, and educate internal teams and customers on forecast results and model validation.
