Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL solutions and system interfaces to move and transform data across health system applications and a data warehouse. Design integration architecture, code and test interfaces, document solutions, and propose improvements. Support existing data transfers and stay current with ETL and API technologies.

Design, build, and optimize scalable end-to-end data pipelines and Snowflake data warehouses. Develop BI solutions (Power BI/Tableau/Cognos), enforce data quality/governance, integrate investment data vendors, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and follow SDLC/DevOps best practices.

Support Personal Lines by extracting, modeling, reconciling, and analyzing data to create reports and Power BI dashboards. Audit data for compliance, surface trends and issues, assist teammates, and support data system releases and implementations.

Serve as the technical lead for Employee Listening: design, program, deploy surveys; build dashboards and data workflows; manage SQL-based pipelines and org hierarchies; ensure data accuracy and QA; partner with cross-functional teams to scale Qualtrics EX solutions and improve platform capabilities.

Support NOAA NWS Office of Dissemination by developing and maintaining relational databases, producing routine data analyses and reports, drafting SOPs, and manipulating/exporting data using Excel and Access. Provide clear written communication and work collaboratively within the system engineering support team.

Manage end-to-end client analytics deliverables (QBRs, test wraps, custom insights) for strategic accounts; translate complex data into actionable narratives for clients; project-manage timelines and SLAs; mentor analysts; lead client-facing presentations and strategic discussions; identify revenue opportunities and refine analytics processes; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
