Leads prospect intelligence for RISD Institutional Advancement by identifying and profiling donors, analyzing wealth screenings, applying predictive modeling, supporting fundraising pipelines, and producing actionable briefings. Oversees database integrity, museum membership integration, prospect management workflows, and reporting. Supervises and develops the prospect intelligence team, establishes performance metrics, manages priorities, and partners with fundraisers and senior staff. The role may require occasional evening, weekend, and travel commitments.

Own and maintain data products end-to-end for sector teams, analyze large datasets, refine methodologies, automate workflows using AI and tooling, collaborate with Research, Engineering, and Product, and deliver accurate, client-facing insights and improvements.

Analyzes workforce program data and performance metrics, produces dashboards and reports, monitors WIOA outcomes and WorkInTexas data quality, identifies performance gaps, supports corrective actions, trains staff on data procedures, and assists leadership with audits, monitoring visits, and compliance reporting.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise data platform engineering. Designs and implements ETL, ELT, streaming ingestion, data models, cloud data lakes and warehouses, monitoring, data quality, governance, testing, version control, and CI/CD practices. Leads AWS, Snowflake, and dbt implementations while integrating disparate data sources for analysts and data scientists. Partners with business stakeholders to align data products with organizational strategy and enables self-service analytics and automation.

Own production data ingestion pipelines for healthcare and benefits data, including normalization, mapping, validation, reconciliation, observability, and secure handling of sensitive information. Unify census data processes, scale the platform, improve identity matching, and build automation and TypeScript tooling. The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, production orchestration experience, reliable testing and data-quality practices, and effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Develops and supports enterprise reporting, dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics solutions using SSRS, Tableau, OBIEE, SQL, and related technologies. Translates business requirements into governed reporting products, optimizes queries and data integrations, validates results, resolves production issues, and maintains documentation. Collaborates with data engineering, governance, security, business, and data science teams across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments while supporting data quality, compliance, and self-service analytics.

Develop and maintain automated risk-reporting solutions, AI-enabled workflows, scripts, applications, and modern data pipelines. Translate manual legacy processes into scalable reporting platforms, design data marts and star schemas for Power BI, optimize SQL, troubleshoot data-quality issues, and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting.

Develop and maintain data infrastructure, dbt pipelines, consumption models, and semantic models using Snowflake, AWS, Fivetran, dbt, and Omni. Collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to define KPIs, improve data quality and performance, support self-service BI, and enable data-driven decisions. The role also involves optimizing SQL and Python, documenting governance and security practices, communicating technical findings, and working autonomously.

Manage client data and intelligence workstreams involving social listening, reputation monitoring, primary research, polling, and AI-powered analysis. Translate monitoring and research data into strategic insights, reports, briefings, and communications recommendations. Coordinate multiple client projects, collaborate with communications and media teams, mentor junior staff, support business development, and monitor emerging trends in GEO, AI discovery, and reputation management.
