Design, build, and maintain integrations and reporting for the Ellucian Colleague ecosystem. Develop ETL pipelines, APIs/ web services, and data warehouse objects; support Colleague SaaS migration, troubleshoot integrations, ensure compliance reporting, and collaborate with functional stakeholders.

Support development and implementation of pricing strategies for small commercial P&C lines. Build rating plans, prepare rate filings, run profitability reviews, implement raters, perform GLM-based analyses, produce SQL-driven tools and dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders while partnering with underwriting, product, IT, and distribution teams.

Lead development and maintenance of Workday reporting solutions across Student, Financials, and HCM. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, train users, manage access with security partners, and deliver reports/dashboards using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Prism, BIRT, and composite reporting.

Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Fabric pipelines and lakehouse models; optimize Power BI semantic models; define ingestion frameworks and engineering standards; enforce SDLC (Git/CI-CD/testing); mentor teammates; ensure SLA reliability, scalability, and trusted data for client-facing analytics.

Design, build, and operate automated data pipelines into Databricks with quality and monitoring; operationalize agentic LLM workflows for engineering and verification; translate leadership questions into measurable metrics and executive dashboards tracking platform adoption and developer engagement; partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales to validate telemetry and baseline measures; ensure data provenance and anomaly investigation.

Lead enterprise data architecture, designing data lakes/warehouses, pipelines, and governance. Implement scalable cloud/hybrid platforms, metadata, catalogs, lineage, and security. Partner with stakeholders, mentor teams, and support analytics, AI/ML, and regulatory reporting.

Monitor, measure, and improve enterprise data quality across domains. Define and implement data quality rules, build automated checks in Databricks (Databricks SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake), perform data profiling and root cause analysis, create dashboards and scorecards, support governance and MDM, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Set up and maintain accurate product records and BOMs in ERP and database systems, run audits and reports, resolve data discrepancies, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product/catalog data.
