Lead master data governance for product/material domains across Agile PLM and SAP S/4HANA/SAP MDG. Define governance, document requirements and processes, support MDG design and integrations, drive data migration/cleansing, perform impact analysis, and champion data quality across supply chain, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders.

Support sales and CPG category management through multi-source data analysis (retailer POS, NielsenIQ/Circana). Produce insights, presentations, and recommendations for assortment, item performance, and store clustering. Collaborate with clients, Category Management, and Space Technology teams to drive action and deliver quality results.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise BI and data engineering solutions using medallion architecture and domain-driven design. Build ETL/ELT pipelines, advanced data models (star/snowflake), and Power BI dashboards. Implement DAX and Power Query M transformations, optimize SQL solutions, and use Spark Python for large-scale processing. Collaborate with stakeholders, define KPIs, mentor team members, and drive innovation across the Microsoft Cloud Data Stack.

Senior technical leader embedded in a Scrum team to design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and services; lead data modeling and warehousing; enforce data engineering best practices, quality frameworks, SLAs/SLOs, and observability; translate product and analytics needs into durable data platforms; mentor engineers and influence cross-team technical direction.

Partner with business stakeholders to define and execute analytical projects: clean and prepare data, build statistical and ML models, create visualizations, deliver actionable insights, and support deployment while mentoring junior analysts.
