Lead a hands-on analytics team (player-coach) delivering deep-dive analyses, A/B testing, KPI dashboards, metric governance, and stakeholder-facing insights while managing and developing analysts and partnering with data engineering.

Own Salesforce administration and GTM reporting systems, maintain data quality and integrations (including BigQuery and Chargebee), build dashboards and reports, document processes, and support sales and customer-success analysis for pipeline, forecasting, and account health.

Position is 15-20 hours/week through Fall 2026 and restricted to candidates located in Northwest Arkansas.
