Develops, executes, and documents certification, validation, environmental, electrical, and root-cause testing for low- and medium-voltage inverters. Ensures designs comply with California building and fire codes and NFPA 72, supports sales and operations, develops expert technicians, coordinates with authorities and design professionals, and promotes safety compliance.

Leads a controls support engineering team responsible for post-commissioned warehouse automation systems. Oversees technical issue resolution, escalations, resource allocation, documentation, system reliability, and customer satisfaction. Develops measurable cross-training programs across multiple controls platforms, tracks capability progress through KPIs and skills matrices, and mentors team members. Collaborates with software, mechanical, and site operations teams to improve system performance and support processes.

Prepares proposal drawings, sketches, working models, and detailed volume and weight estimates for manufactured products. Reviews blueprints, specifications, and proposals; performs engineering assessments; develops CAD data for accurate cost quotations; supports customer inquiries; and coordinates with the Proposal and Advanced Engineering Manager. Requires technical drafting knowledge, practical CAD experience, mathematical reasoning, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

Assists engineers with transportation project plans, design tasks, 3D modeling, specifications, reports, cost estimates, and project documentation. Coordinates with project teams and consultants to maintain accuracy, quality, schedule, and budget. Requires or anticipates a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with EIT certification preferred or planned. Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer, Synchro, and Highway Capacity Software is beneficial.

Supports and optimizes hybrid Citrix virtual application and desktop environments across on-premises infrastructure and Google Cloud. Administers Citrix, NetScaler, VMware, HCI, and GCE platforms; monitors availability and performance; troubleshoots cross-platform issues; participates in incident, problem, change, patching, upgrades, disaster recovery testing, documentation, and 24x7 on-call support.

Build large-scale video services and rebuild media processing and distribution pipelines using high-performance languages. Ensure exceptional media quality, performance, and reliability across video playback, live streaming, audio/video calls, and other products. Work with distributed systems and media technologies such as WebRTC, LL-HLS, and video transcoding while optimizing end-to-end performance at scale.
