Lead technical reviews, establish platform standards, mentor teams, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, IT, and Compliance stakeholders. The role requires deep ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, Discovery, integration, JavaScript, ITIL, and hardware lifecycle expertise, along with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include building reusable interfaces and backend services, designing microservices, optimizing databases, implementing authentication, writing unit tests, supporting CI/CD and containerized deployments, resolving production issues, addressing security vulnerabilities, and participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, customer collaboration, and mentoring junior developers.

Improves assembly and manufacturing performance through process optimization, Lean continuous improvement, production readiness, and scalable manufacturing systems. Responsibilities include developing routings, standard work, and manufacturing documentation; leading Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; supporting NPI, tooling, automation, capacity planning, and facility improvements; and analyzing production data to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Designs, builds, administers, troubleshoots, and continuously improves Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. Responsibilities include operating Azure Virtual Desktop, managing Entra ID identity and access services, supporting Exchange Online, implementing infrastructure as code, maintaining security and compliance controls, and enabling Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. The engineer serves as an escalation point, performs root-cause analysis, monitors platform health, and partners with cross-functional teams.
