Designs, deploys, tests, and supports enterprise GIS applications and geospatial data workflows. Develops software with multiple programming languages, manages ArcGIS Enterprise permissions, configures OGC web services, and integrates container platforms. Supports AI/ML systems, QA/QC, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, technical documentation, and RMF security controls. Collaborates in an agile DevSecOps team while supporting COTS geospatial tools and distributed systems.

As a Founding Software Engineer, you will design and build the core system for content delivery in conversational robots, focusing on real-time orchestration and user personalization.

Own and monitor an autonomous robotic fleet at a Las Vegas customer site. Troubleshoot and repair robots, optimize workflows and operational KPIs, conduct testing and validation, analyze throughput and utilization data, provide product feedback, coordinate between customer and internal teams, and help develop deployment procedures and best practices. The role requires onsite work Monday through Friday and physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Lead enterprise software and platform engineering strategy, design high-performance systems, and drive technical roadmaps. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration while ensuring solution quality, scalability, usability, and performance. Build governance capabilities using policy engines, support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, data pipelines, and operational processes, including on-call responsibilities. Partner with executives, product managers, customers, and engineering teams to solve complex problems and improve engineering velocity.

Provide executive-level supervision and civil/wastewater engineering services for Public Works and Wastewater; manage design, construction, inspection, budgets, consultant selection, regulatory coordination (TDOT/TDEC), and staff supervision. Advise Town leadership, review plans and contracts, oversee capital projects, and represent the Town to agencies, boards, and the public.

Provides technical and troubleshooting support for manufacturing processes, including machining, forming, fixturing, programming, CAD drafting, and process improvement. Develops machine programs, set-up instructions, and production documentation; supports quality control, root-cause corrective actions, NPI, 5S, and equipment maintenance. Collaborates with operators, welders, technicians, and engineering teams to resolve production challenges, improve efficiency, maintain safety, and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.

Leads PLC, HMI, DCS, process-control programming, troubleshooting, instrumentation configuration, and automation system improvements. Develops specifications, applications, data models, documentation, and electrical/control designs while supporting plant production and engineering projects. Provides technical guidance, training, and oversight to PLC Automation Technicians. Maintains Allen-Bradley and FactoryTalk systems, troubleshoots motors, drives, control loops, sensors, and industrial equipment, and ensures compliance with electrical codes, safety procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Develop scalable, secure backend satellite mission-operations software using Python and AWS. Build APIs, integrate cloud services, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and costs, and automate processes. Contribute to generative AI integrations, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software architecture. Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers in an Agile Scrum environment while maintaining high standards for reliability, quality, and security.
