Design and execute vehicle- and system-level test plans for autonomous vehicle hardware and software. Designs, builds, tests, implements, and maintains large-scale DoD network solutions. Provides Tier III support, configures routers, switches, firewalls, voice gateways, and unified communications systems, and manages secure encryption technologies. Develops test plans, implementation plans, reports, and configuration documentation; performs troubleshooting, incident response, security assessments, patching, and infrastructure restoration. Own architectures, link budgets, PCB and enclosure integration, cellular and wireless protocol requirements, FCC/RED/carrier homologation, test infrastructure, root-cause investigations, and launch readiness. Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional technical decisions across hardware, software, systems, suppliers, regulators, and test laboratories.

Support enterprise IAM integrations from requirements through implementation. Integrate applications and services, implement authentication, SSO, SAML, federation, and cloud identity capabilities, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, test solutions, document architectures and processes, and brief customers and leadership. Collaborate with technical teams and external partners while identifying customization needs and escalating technical or programmatic risks.

Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, deploys, and maintains mission-critical software and backend services for the Air Force DMOC. Responsibilities include C++ and Python development, web applications, SQL databases, Bash automation, GitLab repositories and CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, configuration, documentation, and compliance with DoD security requirements.

Leads the design, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes across production operations. Responsibilities include process development, value-stream mapping, time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, tooling and automation evaluation, manufacturability improvements, KPI development, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
