Troubleshoots, recovers errors, and performs simple programming for Agilent Bravo, Beckman Echo, and Hamilton liquid-handling platforms. Develops maintenance and equipment-support programs, enhances sample-management solutions, coordinates with OEM service organizations, trains users, and minimizes instrument downtime. Handles sample requests and may optimize automated assay protocols while following laboratory documentation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
