Log, track, and manage service orders, identify product performance issues, assist with diagnostics, create processes and training, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues from first contact through resolution.

Lead and maintain Pattern's central authentication and authorization platform: build and deploy backend features in Ruby and Go, implement RBAC/ABAC and OAuth/OIDC/SAML/JWT protocols, integrate security services and APIs, automate admin workflows (including AI enhancements), triage cross-functional requests, reduce technical debt, and ensure high availability and performance.

Lead integration and deployment of a spectral exploitation environment within the NSG TCPED enterprise. Translate mission requirements, perform systems integration, ensure interoperability with PED tools, plan architectures and traceability, support risk management and performance engineering, and enable image scientists to process, analyze, and exploit literal and non-literal datasets.
