Lead all engineering at Common Sense Media, define multi-year technical vision, scale distributed engineering teams, modernize practices, champion responsible AI adoption, partner with product and data, and provide hands-on technical and people leadership to deliver high-quality production products.

Design and draft instrumentation and electrical systems using 2D/3D CAD. Perform cable/conduit sizing and load calculations, create and revise drawings, support field surveys and as-built documentation, assist with O&M manuals, and track project schedule and budgets while following HSE requirements.

Produce accurate models, assemblies, and drawings per company drafting standards; maintain part numbers and PDM records; process PNAs and product change requests; control engineering electronic data using 3DX; follow ISO9001/AS9100 and ASME Y14.5/GD&T standards; support drafting team and generate technical marketing materials.

Own and build fellow platform experiences and core systems (onboarding, homepage, allocation), partner with Growth/Operations/Product/ML, lead end-to-end projects, drive architecture and technical debt reduction, mentor engineers, and deliver scalable, reliable product and platform solutions.

Lead and mentor an electrical engineering team designing high-precision analog, digital, RF, and power electronics from breadboard MVPs to production. Provide hands-on technical guidance, review designs and tests, adopt Agile practices, support component lifecycle and supply chain strategy, and help evaluate AI-enabled tools to improve engineering workflows.

Provide 24x7 technical escalation support for global clients, troubleshooting Cisco routing/switching, firewalls, VPNs and wireless; perform network and vulnerability assessments; lead network projects and changes, onboard/offboard clients, and drive network design and client communication to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Interpret customer orders and produce accurate production and submittal drawings, prepare parts lists and documentation, resolve design/spec issues with engineering, production, sales and customers, manage backlog and productivity, and support continuous improvement of drafting procedures. Work reviewed by senior drafters.
