Build and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and governance to support analytics across claims, EHR, and real-time patient data. Deploy and operate Snowflake/dbt/AWS-based infrastructure, enable real-time analytics, partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams, and deliver insights that inform care delivery, payer collaboration, and business decisions.

Lead cross-channel customer experience analysis by combining quantitative and qualitative signals (NPS/CSAT/CES, contact center, digital analytics, transactional and complaint data). Design and run deep-dive investigations, translate findings into operational recommendations, coach analysts, partner with channel owners, and maintain measurement and narrative standards to drive quarter-over-quarter operational change.

Lead and oversee the Data Engineering team to design, build, and optimize enterprise data pipelines, architectures, and governance. Align data strategy with business goals across P&C insurance domains, champion data products, implement ETL/ELT and ODS architectures, enforce data quality and compliance, mentor staff, and collaborate with executives and stakeholders to drive analytics and modernization.

Support Northeast EDI team by analyzing reports, maintaining EDI interfaces and client configurations, developing Power BI reports and analyses, providing QA, training users, creating SOPs, and escalating complex issues to leadership.

Lead business intelligence initiatives by analyzing large healthcare datasets, creating actionable visualizations, advising executives, and translating business requirements into analytics solutions. Manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and use data-driven insights to influence strategy and improve consumer experiences.
