Lead state expansion strategy for a portfolio of priority markets: analyze market, policy, and competitive dynamics; develop state-specific entry plans; coordinate cross-functional teams; support government affairs and stakeholder engagement; produce data-driven briefing materials; build external partnerships; and prepare strategic positioning for future RFP opportunities to grow WelbeHealth’s PACE services.

The Director of Business Development (Q&C) will generate revenue by maintaining client relationships and selling Quality & Compliance Solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, contract negotiations, and collaborating with marketing for promotions and events.

Drive initial outbound prospecting to healthcare organizations, qualify leads through multi-channel outreach, engage decision-makers, and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification and meet revenue goals.

Design and build BI solutions and dashboards, perform data analysis and SQL development, apply data governance and security, and lead requirements gathering and project coordination to drive process improvement and reporting accuracy across the health system.

Manage payment disputes and chargebacks end-to-end, prepare evidence packages, investigate failed or duplicate payments and subscription issues, coordinate with Customer Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Ops, and Finance, monitor fraud trends, maintain accurate records, and recommend process improvements to reduce chargebacks and improve payment success.

Design and scale 0-to-1 commercial GTM playbooks for supply-side partnerships. Model partner performance and ROI, deploy AI-driven workflows and automation, bridge partners to Finance/Legal/Product/Ops, run rapid pilots, and optimize contract terms to drive network expansion and cost savings.

Develop and execute test strategies for data pipelines, integrations, ML models, and applications to ensure clinical data quality. Create/maintain test data and environments, automate tests, run system/UI/integration testing, report results, assess risk, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve testing practices.

Support design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs. Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and pay analyses for hires, promotions, and adjustments. Maintain compensation data, reports, and systems; support merit and incentive administration, compliance, audits, and compensation projects while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.

Review and resolve healthcare credit balance accounts by analyzing transactions, coordinating with provider staff, executing refunds or adjustments, managing accounts receivable, responding to follow-ups, escalating complex issues, and meeting production and quality targets in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Lead a creative studio to develop original brand narratives and visual storytelling across films, social, and web. Direct and produce high-quality content, oversee brand identity, manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, allocate resources with studio operations, collaborate cross-functionally, and keep outputs aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
