Lead and continuously improve the companys SOX 404 program: design strategy, risk assessment, scoping, testing, and remediation. Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and business owners to document controls, manage external audits, drive automation and ERP/GRC integrations, report to executives and Audit Committee, and establish policies, training, and a scalable SOX team.

Support M&A, fundraising, and investor relations through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, forecasting and consolidation, KPI tracking, and executive-level presentations to drive strategic transactions and funding decisions.

Perform accounts receivable and order-to-cash activities: analyze and interpret contracts, set up contracts in SAP, ensure FAR compliance, create and submit invoices, maintain complex contract reconciliations, and coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve discrepancies and support cash collections.

Administer, configure, test, and support Integrated Program Management (IPM) software (Deltek Cobra) for program finance and scheduling. Manage user/role security, troubleshoot issues, train users, document configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver EVM and financial system solutions.

Lead and execute financial, operational, and SOX audits; plan engagements; document processes; evaluate controls and risks; prepare workpapers and reports; coordinate with external auditors; coach team members; recommend remediation and process improvements; support audit technology and data analytics initiatives. Travel up to 25%.

Support imputed income and proxy reporting, analyze financial data across payroll, travel, and accounts payable, maintain accounting and SOX controls, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with accounting and audit policies.

Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for engineering, manufacturing, and operations. Produce monthly performance analysis, variance reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. Partner with accounting and cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions, capacity planning, capital investment analysis, and board/investor reporting. Improve FP&A processes and tools as the company scales.

Serve as the subject-matter expert for international tax: lead compliance and reporting, support audits, reconcile balances, identify tax credits, review contract tax terms, coordinate with external consultants and CAE Inc., mentor staff, and support process improvements and the accounting close.

Lead end-to-end reconciliation of complex cloud invoices, produce program-specific financial reports for PMO, ensure FAR-compliant invoicing and contract funding adherence, use spreadsheets and dashboards for analysis, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance and cash forecasting analysis, management and investor reporting, cost accounting, audits, and financial controls; partner with senior leadership and project controls.
