Lead and build a risk-aligned, automated IAM program across cloud, on-prem, and SaaS. Define IAM strategy and architecture, manage privileged access, implement lifecycle automation (JML), enforce RBAC/ABAC, deploy SSO/MFA, support PAM, and maintain controls for FFIEC, SOC 2, and PCI DSS compliance while partnering with engineering, compliance, and audit.

Own the identity and account platform including onboarding, verification, authentication, data schemas, and cross-team identity experience. Drive product vision, roadmap, KPIs, and AI-driven identity innovations while aligning Engineering, Design, Fraud, and Compliance for secure, scalable identity solutions.

Lead technology risk, governance, and controls for the enterprise technology organization. Own first-line risk management, SOX IT controls, audits, remediation, KPIs/KRIs, third-party and cloud dependency risk, AI risk controls, and operational resilience while partnering with security, risk, audit, finance, and business stakeholders.

Lead and execute cybersecurity audits end-to-end: plan audits, perform control testing (walkthroughs, test scripts), develop APMs, pRCMs, findings grids and reports, present independent audit opinions, manage stakeholder communications, follow up on findings, provide subject-matter expertise, and coach team members.
