Advises leadership, collaborates across cybersecurity teams, and contributes to the Cyber Defender Program through service development, technology evaluation, and integration of industry practices.

Own vulnerability management across endpoints, servers, and cloud infrastructure; harden AWS environments; improve identity management; support application security scanning, secure code reviews, and threat modeling. Triage security tickets and incidents within SLAs, track remediation, implement security controls, support audits, and lead cross-functional security initiatives with engineering, IT, and compliance.

Lead a global Workforce IAM team as product owner for WIAM and PAM, driving platform maturity, automation, lifecycle processes, governance, audit readiness, SLAs, incident/change management, vendor and budget oversight, and measurable OKRs/KPIs to reduce cyber risk and improve user experience.

Detect, investigate and remediate security incidents across corporate IT. Perform digital forensics and hunting, design and deploy corporate security controls and alerts, secure identity providers, endpoints and networks, and operate security tooling to prevent malware, phishing and unauthorized access.

Lead and transform the enterprise IT governance, risk, and compliance function. Develop strategy, oversee technology and cybersecurity risk frameworks, manage regulatory compliance and audits, modernize GRC through automation and AI, and provide executive and board-level reporting.
