Leads Grainger’s enterprise Application and Product Security program, strategy, governance, and technical security organization. Establishes secure software development lifecycle standards, secure-by-design practices, application security testing, API and supply chain security, and DevSecOps capabilities. Partners with engineering, product, architecture, and security leaders to integrate security into software delivery, prioritize risk remediation, support AI-enabled development, and improve security metrics. Develops security talent, champions secure coding, and represents the function in executive governance forums.

Lead and build a Cyber Fusion team to convert threat intelligence into operational outcomes. Manage security programs, detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response facilitation, SOC enablement, security engineering delivery, and team development to improve detection, readiness, and remediation prioritization.
