Embed automated security benchmarks throughout AI development and deployment pipelines, establish enterprise standards, review AI designs, and partner with platform engineering, MLOps, DevOps, IAM, and architecture teams to enable secure, compliant AI adoption.

Lead information security governance, risk, and control for MetLife Japan. Develop policies, manage security risks and controls, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee third-party risk, drive continuous improvement and automation, and coordinate security initiatives with local and global stakeholders.

Provide independent assurance and advisory services over technology, cybersecurity, data, cloud, AI, and business transformation initiatives.
