Support and operate MetLife's global PKI and key management: implement/manage SSL/SSH certificates, monitor and alert on PKI infrastructure, perform incident response and vulnerability management, document designs and DR plans, evaluate process improvements, define technical requirements, and communicate PKI security policy across global teams.

Lead GRC and IT risk activities: assess security issues, provide risk-based advisory, map risks to controls using ISO27001/NIST/ITGC, manage stakeholders, operate GRC and vulnerability tools (Archer, ServiceNow, Qualys), and apply AI/automation to improve processes. Requires 4–7 years in cybersecurity GRC/IT risk.
