Manages the first-line Technology Risk Management function for Mastercard Transaction Services. Operationalizes technology risk frameworks, coordinates regulatory and supervisory reporting, supports RCSA activities, and provides assurance over technology, cyber, third-party, and operational resilience risks. Partners with leadership, security, technology, compliance, legal, audit, and resilience teams while preparing risk reporting and governance materials for senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.

Leads Mastercard’s EEMEA cybersecurity, fraud, and AI governance advisory initiatives. Serves as regional subject matter expert, drives client engagements and market development, oversees Fraud Fusion and responsible AI programs, manages multi-country governance, coordinates delivery hubs, enables products and solutions, and advises senior stakeholders. The role requires deep cybersecurity and fraud expertise, strategic consulting, executive engagement, program leadership, and knowledge of payments, financial services, and digital commerce.

Secures identities used by AI models, agents, services, pipelines, and other non-human actors.
