The role also supports partner quality, executive engagement, customer enablement, content development, and webinars.

Secure ServiceNow instances by assessing configurations against security baselines, identifying misconfigurations, validating customer-reported findings, and providing actionable remediation guidance. The role develops hardening guidance, distinguishes product vulnerabilities from configuration issues, partners with Product Security and Engineering, supports customer escalations, and drives scalable improvements to security tooling, detection, and risk-reduction processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve sales execution and customer outcomes. Travel is typically 25–50%.

Manage security-focused customer contract reviews and negotiations, including redlines addressing information security, data protection, and architecture. Develop standard contractual language aligned with security policies, collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams, address customer security concerns, and prioritize multiple negotiations against critical timelines. The role requires strong SaaS, cloud, enterprise IT, contractual, communication, and stakeholder-management expertise, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and apply AI to work processes.

Leads Security and Risk Services delivery across the Americas, managing senior consultants and business process consultants. Drives customer implementations, services revenue, strategic transformation, AI-powered automation adoption, delivery quality, executive relationships, partner collaboration, and practice growth. Develops business plans, expands the ServiceNow Security and Risk footprint, mentors consulting teams, and represents the company with industry and regulatory communities. Travel up to 40% annually.
