Responsibilities include collaborating with DevOps, managing vulnerabilities, threat modeling, and developing incident response strategies.

Lead LATAM reseller and distribution partnerships to grow Huntress' presence. Recruit, onboard, and enable VARs/MSPs, coordinate with distributors for co-selling and co-marketing, define channel strategy and targets, track and coach partner performance, collaborate with marketing, and represent the company at partner events.

Drive architecture, mentor engineers, prototype solutions, ensure reliability and observability, and partner with product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational problems into auditable, production-grade systems.

Lead and grow a product research team focused on defensive cybersecurity research. Own technical and managerial leadership, collaborate with Product, SOC, and Engineering, scale automated threat-detection workflows using AI, and mentor researchers to deliver prioritized platform capabilities.
