Lead and mentor an IAM engineering team to design, build, and operate enterprise identity solutions on Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Drive architecture, automation (Okta Workflows, PowerShell), SSO/MFA, identity governance, hybrid AD integration, application integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM), incident escalation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure platform security, scalability, and reliability.

Manage enterprise identity and access across Okta and Microsoft platforms. Implement and maintain Okta SSO, OIG, Workflows, Entra/Azure AD, AD Domains and Group Policies. Support joiner/mover/leaver processes, application proxies, incident escalation, documentation, training, and project delivery. Provide second-line support, troubleshooting, and support employee experience initiatives.

Monitor and analyze security alerts in a 24x7 SOC, triage and respond to incidents, assess impact, operationalize detection methods, and generate technical and non-technical reports.
