Lead and mentor an IAM engineering team to design, build, and operate enterprise identity solutions across Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Define technical standards, automate JML processes with Okta Workflows, implement SSO/MFA/identity governance, integrate apps via SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM, manage hybrid AD/Entra environments, develop PowerShell automation, ensure platform security/resilience, and collaborate with Security, Cloud, and Application teams.

Operate within a Security Operations Center to monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents. Perform 24x7 security monitoring, escalate and report findings, assess impact of anomalies, operationalize adversary detection methods, and generate technical and non-technical reports. Collaborate on incident response and recovery to limit impact and restore operations while leveraging threat intelligence and event data.

Lead and execute IT, security, operational, and SOX audits; test ITGC and SDLC controls; document findings and recommend remediation; supervise staff and consult with management using established audit frameworks.
