Manage 1–2 engineering teams responsible for authorization and identity services. Lead secure delivery, architectural roadmaps, scalability initiatives, cloud-native migrations, operational reliability, and protocol evolution for LDAP and RADIUS systems. Provide technical direction, staffing and budget oversight, coaching, stakeholder alignment, release governance, and change management. The role requires deep IAM expertise, hands-on technical judgment, and participation in on-call rotations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable authentication and identity microservices using Go/Python/Node.js. Implement OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and SSO flows, deploy cloud-native services on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes, write automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, use AI-assisted coding tools, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations.

Own program management for the Security organization: enforce operating standards, manage intake and triage, produce status and capacity reporting, track interruption work, prioritize projects, partner with AI engineering to refine AI-assisted PM systems, evolve processes, and represent security PM practices across the company.
