Own a portfolio of customers as a strategic technical advisor throughout onboarding, adoption, health, and value realization. Analyze AI-generated account signals, lead maturity assessments and outcome reviews, translate business priorities into technical plans, and identify expansion and renewal opportunities for Sales. As a Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical expertise to prospective customers, supporting them in evaluating the Sonar product and ensuring successful adoption.

Lead and build Sonar’s Austin Customer Solutions Engineering hub. Responsibilities include hiring and developing CSEs, establishing operating processes, driving technical health, adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers, coaching teams on CI/CD and DevSecOps, partnering with Sales, Product, and Support, and serving as a senior technical escalation point for executives and strategic customers.

As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will support technical aspects of pre-sales, assist customers during product evaluations, and facilitate product adoption post-sale.

Serve as a technical trusted advisor to enterprise accounts, driving Sonar adoption, lowering churn risk, auditing deployments, running QBRs, remediating gaps, evangelizing Sonar methodology, and influencing product roadmap to increase account maturity and satisfaction.

As a founding Customer Success Engineer, you will own a portfolio of accounts, act on AI-surfaced signals to drive adoption and mitigate risk, run maturity assessments, translate customer priorities into technical plans, and hand off expansion and renewal signals to Sales.

Provide technical, post-sale support to help customers integrate and adopt Sonar products across IDEs, SCM, CI/CD, and cloud deployments. Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, reproduce problems, drive resolutions, collaborate with Sales/Consulting, and relay customer feedback to product teams.

The Purchase to Pay Intern will process vendor bills, ensure accurate record-keeping, communicate with stakeholders, and apply AI knowledge in financial operations.

Lead and scale a Technical Account Management function for Sonar in the US: design post-sale TAM strategy and playbooks, recruit and coach TAMs, drive product adoption and retention, act as technical escalation for customers, collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer needs, and use data to optimize post-sale outcomes and account growth.

Design, launch, and operate a partner accreditation program: curriculum design, LMS management, digital credentialing, assessments, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to enable partner-led revenue.
