Serve as the primary technical advisor for industrial customers, leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, optimization, account reviews, and risk mitigation. Guide customers in operationalizing OT cybersecurity use cases, integrating Dragos into workflows, and achieving measurable outcomes. Deliver training, workshops, and executive briefings while partnering with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales.
