Lead a regional Technical Operations team for JAPAC, providing hands-on technical support and escalation for programmatic streaming (CTV/OTT). Architect integrations, troubleshoot SSAI/CDN/ad-server issues, perform data analysis to optimize publisher yield, and partner with commercial teams and global product/engineering.

Manage a portfolio of programmatic ad clients, partnering with Demand Facilitation and internal teams to execute campaigns, provide reporting and insights, troubleshoot delivery issues, identify growth opportunities, and conduct business reviews to meet revenue and performance goals.

Lead technical onboarding for high-value CTV and mobile publishers onto the SpringServe platform. Deliver technical demos, design and execute migration plans, troubleshoot ad server and SDK integrations (oRTB, VAST), liaise with BD, Product, and Operations, and ensure smooth handoffs while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.
