Partner with Sales and Customer Success to design tailored onboarding plans, train clients on platform features, set up reporting views and automations, manage the onboarding process end-to-end, create Google Slides presentations, and ensure customers achieve adoption and business objectives.

Manage a book of enterprise agency customers, drive product adoption and retention, provide consultative digital-advertising expertise, coordinate cross-functional resources, run training and education programs, represent agency needs to product, and support growth initiatives.

The Technical Support Specialist II resolves customer issues, builds expertise in non-Meta advertising products, and collaborates with support and engineering teams while improving product quality.

Own and grow a book of large advertiser accounts, provide consultative paid-social strategy, drive product trials and customer engagement, resolve advertiser issues, build partner relationships (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok), and collaborate with product and internal teams to scale operations and improve outcomes.
