Partners with enterprise IT leaders to identify, redesign, and implement DEXOps workflows using the Nexthink platform. Facilitates quarterly customer health reviews, maps technical and organizational dependencies, secures executive ownership, tracks workflow impact, and drives adoption. Advises customers on IT operating models, service delivery transformation, automation, and change management while collaborating with Product and Sales and mentoring customer and internal teams.

Manage strategic enterprise customers across the DACH region, driving SaaS adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Develop customer success plans, lead DEX workshops and executive business reviews, maintain customer health, identify risks and opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering while maintaining accurate CRM data. Business-level English and German are required, with occasional DACH travel.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in Japan to drive adoption, value realization, renewals and expansion using Nexthink's DEX methodology. Act as trusted advisor, deliver workshops and executive business reviews, track customer health and value, escalate risks, collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support and Product, and maintain CRM data.
