Manage the end-to-end client experience for 20–30 data research accounts, from project kickoff through delivery and renewal. Coordinate panel, research, data science, and product teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Drive adoption of MFour Studio and DANI, identify upsell opportunities, build client relationships, and present data-driven insights. The hybrid role requires quantitative research, large dataset analysis, questionnaire design, client communication, and SaaS/DaaS customer journey experience.
