Develop and maintain operational and audit-ready documentation for federal IT systems, including SOPs, system diagrams, CMDB/CCB artifacts, release notes, knowledge articles, and compliance materials. Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure documentation governance, version control, change management, and readiness for audits across sensitive or classified mission environments.

Lead and write assigned proposal volumes for large federal bids from draft RFP to final submission. Analyze RFP requirements, develop compliant content, craft strategy, themes and graphics, interview SMEs, produce written and oral materials, ensure proposal integration and quality, and collaborate with capture and solution teams. Support Technical, PM, Transition, Staffing, Small Business, Corporate Experience, and Past Performance sections.
