Lead company-wide strategy and execution: run end-to-end strategic projects, align cross-functional stakeholders, design strategic planning and goal-setting, drive business operations rhythms and reviews, create leadership decision materials, and solve ambiguous problems with structured, pragmatic recommendations.

Manage customer implementations and enhancements, serving as the primary technical contact throughout integration design, development, testing, and launch. Build scalable merchant integrations, provide technical consultation on payment solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead project delivery. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams across e-commerce, POS, marketplaces, and card-issuing programs while ensuring strong customer experiences and technically sound implementations.
