Serve as primary business advisor to 3-4 network offices, partnering with Managing Partners to drive growth through financial management, talent development, new advisor recruitment, engagement, and culture. Influence strategy, operationalize initiatives, liaise with Home Office, and deliver performance improvements through analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder influence.

Provide practice management consulting and escalation support to field leaders and advisors, triage Level 1-3 requests, serve as subject-matter expert on practice management topics, lead content and project delivery, coordinate external partners, drive strategy and communications, and deliver presentations and training while improving consulting quality and client experience.

Advise Financial Advisors on compliant team compensation and incentive plans; lead complex compensation conversations; align Home Office, Field Supervision, and Legal; develop policies, training, resources; identify risks and process improvements; present to network offices.

The Asst Dir Practice Management leads programs supporting advisors and firms, translates business needs into solutions, and collaborates across teams to enhance practice management outcomes.
