Leads capture strategy and operations for X-BAT pursuits, developing proposal strategies, win themes, customer-facing solicitation responses, leadership presentations, trackers, dashboards, and execution plans. Coordinates technical, program, business development, finance, legal, international, and product teams while managing deadlines, quality control, reviews, process improvements, and reusable capture resources. Requires strong analytical, writing, editing, PowerPoint, and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus defense or government pursuit experience and eligibility for a security clearance.

Lead the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation across Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Planning. Translate business requirements into configurations, manage testing and UAT, train users, and document processes. After go-live, administer Oracle, manage access and configurations, maintain data integrity, support supply chain reporting, and perform material planning activities including forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination.
