Translate operational requirements into technology and process changes, manage stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams, and drive delivery through process mapping, testing, implementation, governance, and control improvements.

Lead business analysis for real-time payments and traditional payment rails (Check, ACH, Wire, Journal). Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams, and deliver payment solutions within Agile/Scrum environments.
