Partner with the Country Leadership Team in Spain to define and execute growth strategy, build commercial and financial models, own revenue forecasting and capacity planning, improve sales productivity, guide pricing and incentives, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to turn strategy into measurable execution.
