Provide advanced remote customer support for DoD supercomputing centers: install, build, verify, and optimize applications and containers on HPC systems, assist users compiling and debugging code, identify usable software, develop SOPs/ConOps and workflows, and coordinate with administrators, Tier 3 specialists, and vendors to meet mission requirements.

Resolve escalated technical issues from frontline support for a SaaS product, provide direct customer solutions, and act as Voice of the Customer to Product and Engineering. Create documentation and troubleshooting resources, work with APIs/JSON/SQL/TCP-IP and issue trackers, and collaborate across teams to improve systems and reduce engineering load.

Provide Tier 1-2 support and monitoring for customer cloud environments, assist with troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, SSL renewals, DNS (Cloudflare), and SaaS updates (Sonis). Maintain documentation and escalate complex issues to senior teams while participating in onboarding and training.

Manage and grow a remote helpdesk team while providing hands-on tier 2/3 support. Own ticket triage, SLAs/KPIs, onboarding/offboarding, M365/Google Workspace and Azure AD administration, endpoint management via Intune/MDM, vendor and asset lifecycle, security policy enforcement, documentation, and process improvement.

Provide remote technical support to branches and remote users: diagnose and resolve video/phone/access/connectivity issues, handle password resets, follow knowledge base, document incidents, analyze trends, prioritize and escalate as needed.

Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructure including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Nutanix, Azure/AWS, backup/disaster recovery, and endpoint management. Monitor performance, implement security controls, support incident/change management, provide Tier II/III escalation, create documentation, assist with automation and on-call/after-hours support, and collaborate with engineering, security, and service desk teams to ensure availability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Customize workflows, fields, permissions, and integrations; develop scripts/plugins; provide user support and training; automate tasks; monitor performance; enforce security and access controls; plan upgrades and maintenance.

Provide advanced functional and technical support for customers using ERP integrations (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, etc.). Troubleshoot complex integration, payment processing, and accounting issues; partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation to resolve cases; contribute to knowledge base and improve processes while meeting CSAT, SLA, and resolution-time metrics.

Provide front-line Tier 1 IT support for El Dorado Hills office and remote employees: troubleshoot hardware/software/access issues, provision and deploy devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain IT asset records, assist with endpoint projects, partner with vendors, and support physical security systems. Requires occasional after-hours support.

Manage and harden Azure infrastructure, M365 E5 tenant, and Intune-managed endpoints. Automate with PowerShell, support Azure AD/Entra ID, Defender and Sentinel, administer Windows Server/SQL, maintain networking (Cisco Meraki), handle backup/DR, provide Tier 2/3 support, document runbooks, and participate in on-call rotation.
