Leads foundational initiatives such as migrating OneDrive to Google Drive, deploying MDM, centralizing SaaS inventory, standardizing IT processes, and supporting Zendesk administration and integrations.

Administer internal and customer-facing systems across Windows, Linux, identity, endpoints, networking, Microsoft 365, virtual desktops, and remote access. Manage tickets, SLAs, onboarding, access reviews, patching, backups, incident communications, and Tier 1 on-call support. Maintain Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, Active Directory, Linux servers, and collaboration tools while supporting SOC 2 and HIPAA audit requirements. Create Bash and PowerShell automation, documentation, and self-service resources.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for configuration, integration, environment, database, API, and data issues. Investigates and resolves client tickets, troubleshoots SQL and API problems, supports go-lives and upgrades, escalates code defects to Engineering, maintains SLA-driven queues in Salesforce Service Cloud, mentors Tier 1 staff, identifies recurring issues, and contributes to support tooling and documentation improvements.

Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to shape enterprise priorities, structure complex decisions, drive strategy execution, establish KPIs, resolve cross-functional trade-offs, and lead high-impact initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor and operator who extends the CEO’s impact, creates organizational alignment, and improves workflows through AI and emerging tools.

Administer, develop, and maintain IT systems supporting VA program data. Design data governance standards, automate workflows with Power Automate and PowerApps, provide technical troubleshooting, and produce documentation, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials. Collaborate with federal stakeholders to improve data quality, system performance, and information dissemination across healthcare-related programs.

Arrange accurate and cost-effective domestic and international travel for corporate clients using group blocks, contracts, preferred suppliers, Amadeus, and Apollo. Support client accounts, enforce travel policies, provide traveler assistance, resolve first-level customer service and technical issues, monitor flights, complete air analysis, and maintain productivity, accuracy, and service standards. The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday Pacific-time schedule.

Manage end-to-end operations for specialized participant pools supporting AI projects. Responsibilities include participant onboarding, verification, quality management, engagement monitoring, process optimization, project planning, documentation, and stakeholder enablement. Partner with product, technology, data, science, delivery, and customer success teams to scale manual workflows into technology-driven solutions and support high-quality human data collection for AI tasks.

Supports and enhances Oracle Fusion HCM systems across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation. Configures workflows, maintains documentation, manages eligibility processes, troubleshoots complex HRIS issues, performs testing, develops reports and integrations, supports security and localizations, and partners with HR stakeholders. The role also helps implement AI capabilities and provides technical and functional customer support for cloud and on-premises environments.
