Validate sales orders, apply payments in NetSuite, manage sales tax, produce AR aging reports, lead collections outreach, assist with SaaS revenue analytics and month-end reconciliations, and support regulatory reporting.

Support and troubleshoot large enterprise networks (switching, routing, firewalls, load balancers, SAN). Perform incident response, RCA, firmware/patch management, proactive monitoring, automation scripting, documentation, runbooks, stakeholder communication, and participate in on-call rotation.

Collaborate with engineers and CTO, validate financial logic precision and state transitions, and extend coverage to DAML smart contracts and on-chain/off-chain integration.
