Lead and develop a regional sales team for utility-scale solar sales in the Midwest, managing sales strategies, targets, and team performance.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of congress exhibits, sponsorships, and HCP engagement for assigned business units. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to build annual congress plans, manage budgets, ensure compliance and audit readiness, drive vendor performance, support onsite execution, and identify process improvements to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Owns company financial books and records; directs month-end/year-end close, consolidations, internal/external reporting and tax submissions. Build pipelines, shape requirements pre-RFP, run full capture lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional solution architecture, and secure high-value awards. Serve as primary customer interface, influence acquisition strategies, and drive win strategies with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing.

Manage and maintain Linux servers across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP). Perform system updates, patching, automation (Bash/Python, Ansible/Puppet/Chef), monitoring, performance tuning, security hardening (DISA STIGs), backup/recovery, and provide Tier 2/3 support including on-call rotation.

Two research fellows will receive a stipend and compute credits to pursue projects in legal AI and automated negotiation. Fellows get expert access, private contract data, and are expected to produce a publishable paper, benchmark, or open-source artifact. Research topics include reward modeling under expert disagreement, negotiation simulation, minimal-diff editing benchmarks, uncertainty/hand-off strategies, or related legal AI problems.

Provide hands-on technical support for time-sensitive customer issues, build onboarding and training content, run webinars, document solutions, and enable internal teams to reduce recurring support tickets and improve customer adoption.
