Build and lead a centralized talent acquisition function for a growing veterinary hospital network. Establish sourcing strategies, employer branding, recruiting technology, talent pipelines, school and professional relationships, compensation insights, and candidate experience processes. Recruit scarce veterinary and clinical talent across multiple locations while partnering with hospital leaders and local HR teams. The role combines strategic function-building with hands-on sourcing, community engagement, and regular travel.

Hands-on senior IT security engineer/architect responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions across networking, firewalls, data center, cloud, and wireless. Lead security assessments, present remediation recommendations, run red/blue exercises, support pre- and post-sales engineering, mentor peers, and deliver complex technology projects to meet client satisfaction.

Use SAP Solution Manager and HP Quality Center, apply segregation-of-duty controls, and support project documentation and stakeholder communication.

Lead deployments and operations of RSA Security Analytics SIEM solutions. Perform SIEM assessments, log and data analysis, malware identification and eradication, risk and vulnerability assessments, roadmap and design creation, and provide client advisory and solution documentation throughout engagements.

Sell and support bpro products to OEM dealerships, independent installers, and fleets. Perform frequent travel to meet dealers, provide inventory management, training, promotions, and technical support. Log contacts and daily sales call reports in TrackIT and Excel, coordinate with Mopar HQ, recommend product/market opportunities, and meet specified contact frequencies.

Responsible for implementing and maintaining IT security controls, monitoring networks for threats, performing vulnerability assessments, responding to incidents, and supporting compliance and security best practices.
