Contribute to the design system, provide peer feedback, and improve product consistency and social engagement.

Manage a full sales cycle for SMB customers: build and maintain pipeline via email/phone/LinkedIn, conduct discovery, present product value through demos/webinars, negotiate and close deals ($20K$50K ARR), and collaborate internally to meet quota.

Oversees project accounting functions including invoicing, accounts receivable, contract management, and project-related accounts payable. Supervises Project Accountants and Analysts, drives billing process improvements, manages collections and vendor/consultant contracts, trains project managers on setup and invoicing, reviews unapplied cash receipts and write-offs, and produces monthly financial reporting and analyses.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications. Create responsive UIs with Angular or React (TypeScript), implement Python/Flask backends and RESTful APIs, design relational schemas, troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
